Reclaim Your Story

OSMÉ offers sacred story work for women navigating grief, transition, spiritual longing, and rediscovery — creating space to be witnessed,
heard, and rooted more deeply in who they are becoming.

welcome

“The Poet’s eye, in a fine frenzy rolling, doth glance
from heaven to earth, from earth to heaven; And, as imagination bodies forth, the forms of things unknown, the poet’s pen turns them into shapes, and gives
to airy nothing a local habitation and a name.”
– William Shakespeare

a few of my favorite things

As a child I could see incongruence in the world,
it is my sacred imagination that stirs me to
offer beauty in the hard places.

Like a poet with a pen, my offering is safe space
and compassionate presence. It is no surprise
that many facilitating this work have come
from their own places of difficulty.

Dan Allender teaches that you can only take someone as far as you have traveled yourself.
My own tangle with darkness equipped me with
a keen sense of how we are held captive.

As I have had kind coaches creating space for
me to reclaim my own agency from places of powerlessness and pain, I desire to bring
my presence on behalf of another.

It is my joy, delight, and honor to witness
women as they unravel patterns and themes
in their stories that keep them from all
the god ordained glory that is theirs.

I would love the opportunity to body along with
women as they come home to themselves with kindness and curiosity to discover that God
didn’t lie ... she is beautifully and wonderfully made.

Story work is especially meaningful for women navigating transition, spiritual harm, spiritual burn-out, leadership, grief, trauma recovery, identity questions, or the longing to reconnect with their authentic voice and sacred story.

Story work offers women a sacred space to
listen deeply to the stories carried in the body
and soul — to reclaim voice, remember dignity, grieve what was lost, bless how she has survived, and move forward rooted and grounded
in who she is becoming. Every woman is
invited to encounter God within
the unfolding story of their lives.

Every story work coach offers a unique
presence because of how their story
interacts with another’s story.

Story work is not therapy, as it does not
address issues of mental health or diagnoses.

If cost is prohibitive, we can decide a sliding scale.

step 1

After connection, I will send a brief form.
This will help determine fit, pacing, and whether
story work aligns with your intentions.

This will give both of us clarity
in deciding to move forward.

step 2

Initial Consult – This is a short call to
orient us around story work and assess fit.
This call is not a commitment and is complimentary.

We will discus what brings you to this space,
a short explanation of what story work is
and what story work is not. I will explain how
I work and various options available.

If we determine in this preliminary stage to
move forward, we will do so with intentionality.

Frequently asked questions

Story work is the sacred practice of paying
attention to the story of your life.

Together, we gently explore the particularities
of moments, relationships, losses, hopes,
and longings that have shaped how
you arrive in the world.

Not to judge or fix them, but to hold them
with honesty, compassion, and presence.
Story work creates space to listen deeply —
to yourself, to your story, and to the story
held implicitly in your body.

We will hold space for the movement of
God within your life. The story work coach
is not there to rescue or transform you,
but to accompany you with care as you encounter your own sacred story.

It moves beyond story-telling because it
moves beyond sharing events into exploring meaning, embodiment, identity, and how we have become and who you are still becoming.
